                                                   Day 7   Traveling to Wisconsin



It is hard to believe that we started this adventure to the "Land of the Midnight Sun" a week ago!
We have traveled over 1700 miles through 7 states. Today was our shortest day with only 200 miles. It was an easy ride through the Ottawa National Forest, and hardly any traffic.

We stopped at a roadside stand. It was really unique. Everything was sold on the honor system (kind of hard to believe these days). There was a box with paper for you to write what you bought and a hole on top to put the paper and money.
There were eggs, bagels, meats, cheeses and even books! The bagels were delicious!


Bad River Casino in Odanah, WI is where we parked the RV for the night. It was supposed to have electric and water but started construction YESTERDAY, so another night of boondocking. No rain today but the temperatures are dropping in the 40's and possible "winter mix" tomorrow.


Aussie continues to have a great time!
